The 'Reconstruction During Conflict' seminar addressed the lessons learned internationally and asked how our "Whole of Government" approach to reconstruction during conflict can be improved. A range of presentations covered topics including ADF Response, evaluations of CIMIC performances in recent operations, and insights from civil organisations including the engineering and Aid fields.
